With over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Melda Demirdöven is a seasoned leader who has built her career at the intersection of manufacturing, quality, and digital transformation. She has led numerous MES, LIMS, and ERP initiatives, combining deep operational knowledge with strong regulatory expertise.

When founding Innovigent, her vision was clear: to enable pharmaceutical manufacturers not only to digitalize but to build sustainable, traceable, and globally compliant systems.
Her mastery of GMP, GAMP5, other standards, and Data Integrity enables her to design and deliver digital solutions that are not only functional but fully audit-ready and reliable.

Under her leadership, Innovigent has:
