With more than 17 years of experience in manufacturing, IT, and automation, Bahadır Sancı is a seasoned leader in the digital transformation of the pharmaceutical industry. Over the course of his career, he has led major initiatives covering MES, ERP, data integrity, infrastructure modernization and system integration—bridging technology with operational excellence.

When co-founding Innovigent, Bahadır’s vision was clear: not simply to implement technology, but to build compliant, sustainable and operationally robust digital systems for pharmaceutical manufacturers.
His strong technical expertise, together with deep knowledge of GMP, GAMP5 and pharmaceutical processes, enables him to design and deliver audit-ready, reliable and optimized solutions across manufacturing and quality functions.

Under his leadership, Innovigent has:

• Established a strong technical footprint in MES/ERP integration projects across Europe, Turkey and the U.S.,
• Delivered multi-layered IT and infrastructure integrations in heavily regulated environments,
• Developed strategic digital solutions that enhance the digital maturity and operational efficiency of pharmaceutical manufacturers.
